Financial Reports

Casa de Amparo uses the Sage-MIP Non-Profit Series for Windows accounting system for segregating, supporting, controlling, and accounting of all funds, property, expenses, revenues, and assets for each contract distinct from all other contracts. The system operates in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and applicable Office of Management Circulars, such as OMB A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations. Our fiscal year is July 1 through June 30.

Casa de Amparo applies fiscal policies and procedures to monitor and ensure that government funding, contributions, and other revenues are managed soundly and prudently and are adequate to meet program and administrative costs. Casa de Amparo’s extensive review of reports ensures programs’ ongoing ability to meet all service delivery requirements.

*Casa de Amparo is currently engaged in a strategic capital campaign. These financials reflect operating costs, program costs, and capital costs.
